A
live performance based upon archival journals and personal narratives relating
to the artists’ residency in the Southern Antilles. Based on the familiar format of the
living room scenario where one shows their holiday snaps after a return from a
foreign land, all guests/ participants received a complimentary rum punch and
were shown images of the landscapes and people both artists’ encountered but
with an accompanying narrative that challenged the embedded perceptions of
place.
